I have eaten amanitas a few times. Last time I recall was about 1 year ago and I ate 9 grams. I experienced a very peaceful mindstate. I stumbled some I remember. A very numb feeling. Not too euphoric, just numb. I remember seeming wise.. key word is seeming. I had one moment where things looked closer then they really were. Over all was a rather non-psychedelic experience for me. I almost was similar to alchohol, a little different, but similar. What have you guys experienced with this mushroom?
I had a weird experience with these mushrooms a couple years ago. I was for sure feeling the intoxicated alcohol-like effect you described when first dosing, but other effects I'd describe more as "psychedelic" came out after dosing more. Could definitely tell different amounts warranted different effects. It was generally pleasent, but pretty senseless and ridiculous at the same time... I guess just what I'd expect from an intoxicant/psychedelic combo. I've also heard rumors that the effects could be entirely different from season to season depending on the amount of active alkaloids.
I tried some more last night for the first time in a while. It was just a lighter dose, totaling in 6 grams. I started with approximately a half quarter and worked my way up. I definitely felt nicely inebriated for a number of hours, which turned into a mild version of the psychedelic trip I had a couple years ago. I don't know if it's the season or where they came from, but these feel completely different than when I took em the first time. Perhaps the dosages determine how it will ultimately feel. Later!
