I just picked up 20 4mg dilaudid for $40. Is this a good deal because a while back i can remember them going for 5 to 7 a piece in Chi. What is the best way for intake? I am not an IV user so you can count that out. Can they be smoked?
As far as whether or not you got a good deal, it looks like you got a great deal. I've never bought or used Dilaudid myself, so I don't know what a 4mg pill would go for in my area. But I do know what Vicoden goes for, and 80mg of Dilaudid is roughly equivalent to 660mg of Hydrocodone. That amount of Hydrocodone would go for around $264, so based on that you got a pretty good deal, assuming that I'm making a valid comparison, which I may not be.
thats an amazin deal, 2 bucks each for the 4's . yea man, they like 3-4 for people who don't care much for em . and 6-10 for people who actually sell em /want em, atleast in my area, yeah
This is good news.. Can anybody recommend the best was to take these, I snorted one about a half hour ago and not feeling much. My tolerance is relatively low as a few norcos have me feeling nice and fuzzy and a 30mg roxy has me blasted. Thanks.
i know u don't shoot em but i heard plugging them is good 2, but not sure man, ur lucky for those! I just spent 50 bucks on 2 roxy30s .. and this is gunna be gone in 1 line , the 20 4's would last me atleast a few days

great deal, here they go from 3-5$, If I run low and need.. more.. I get then 1.25$ in a package deal, and cheaper at the pharmaxy but $2 each for 20, is a good find.
in the south burbs those 8mg dillys are up to 15 but people are [opiate drug dealers] so what ever prices always vary
That sounds like a very good deal to me. I would imagine the pharmacy price would barely be any lower! Snag it while you can. I wouldn't smoke them. Intranasal is what I would recommend. If you don't shoot, don't start, but if you do, that is the best ROA for Hydromorphone.
That was about how much they went for here (when I was into them). The same dude had MS Contin 30's for $0.75 so I usually opted to buy a lot of those instead. People don't like them (either D or MS) here and won't even pay that for them (everyone here is obsessed with oxy, H, and Fentanyl). I loved them. Snorting them seems like a huge waste. I thought about smoking one before but I'm assuming it would be the "bubbly" type of pill not optimal for smoking. (I don't have much experience in that ROA though so I'm not the best help with that) I always used to let them dissolve in my mouth or chew them up. I'm guessing putting them up your ass would be the best non-injecting ROA (just guessing, haven't stuck any pills up my ass so once again I'm not the best person to ask).
Ugh...It seems like all of you guys have some sort of hook up. Im constantly going on and off pain meds due to crohns disease. At this time last year I was on 8mg dillys every two hours! thats 4x the recommended highest dose, oh yeah I was on 75mcg Fent patches. That was 12 months ago and I still take a little suboxone to feel normal. I have no idea where to get stuff where Im at. Im in upstate ny in a white people suburb, and I DO NOT go into the city. They only thing people sell out here is weed and that gets old...anyone wanna hook me up?? ;p
cause when you have crohns they give you bs like "pain meds slows your intestines down" its better to fight through the pain. Or they put you on 80 fucking mgs and get you hooked. I would just like a couple to stash away and use when I really need them.

Dilly's prices are based off what IV users think they're worth. IF you ATE 10 of them, you would be good and fucked up, probably equivalent to an opana 40 or OC 80 (both in instant release formulas) But if you were to IV say, 4 mg of dilaudid, It would be equivalent to a point of low-end H. The only way I would ever buy dillys would be if i got them for a killer deal like you. Oh and you should defintely try plugging verses snorting. or a combo of the two.
