It could very well just be my imagination...but i feel like i loose more weight when i take a multivitamin. Is this possible? I get my blood levels checked regularly and their all fine which is why i don't normally take a vitamin; but I decided to try some out anyway. Thanks
It's possible I suppose. Often when people make progress whether it be strength gains, weight loss or weight gains they assume the results came from something other than their hard work, like a pill or powder. It is possible though but its more likely your just eating better or working harder
