How to find a 'NSA/FWB' bi/les woman my age?

I'm 23yo and living in SA, Texas. I'm happily married and my husband knew going into our relationship that I am bisexual and wish to have a sexual relationship with a woman. It's been about 4yrs since my last encounter with a woman and I'm at that point in my life where I want to hold a woman in my arms again and then shag her brains out.

So, what advice was you give to someone who is brand new to San Antonio, Texas and has never 'picked up chicks' before. In the past it always just, kinda, 'happened' with friends of mine. I don't have any friends here yet!
