You know your not the first person to tell me that. Apparently it's one of the most difficult languages to learn but i never really had to much trouble with it, aside from spelling haha So were you born here or outside of the states?
Is that so? :] I've yet to meet an authentic Mexican women. Most women of hispanic or latino decent that I have met were born in the United States. I must say I find that attractive that you are foreign as well as fluent in two languages :] Where in the United States are you living now if you dont mind me asking?
One Of the girls I met in Mexico was an English Major, she wanted to teach. She said that her biggest obsticle was the wide acceptance of slang. One example would be when I complimented her necklace. I told her that it was a very "cool" necklace. Even though she new the English language by the book, she found that "by the book" was quite different than in practice.
I agree by the book its way more formal, its the same with learning spanish my friend took spanish classes and the spanish in the book is the proper way to speak in spanish but I'm so used to speaking slang spanish because I'm from mexico city and the way my parents speak lol
Damn, thats mighty far away from me haha I've down here in south-central florida. But i love it down here, the beach is what brought me here.
Far indeed :/ i bet its beautiful there! my friend is from florida and she misses it very much. I want to go to the beach so bad and feel the water and sun. I love the 4 seasons here though and the snow but it hasn't snowed at all that much.
You should definitely come down sometime, it's worth it :2thumbsup:. I dont know where your friend is from but im currently in space coast right now. Its the furthest south ive gone so far but I REALLY wanna check out the keys. Ive heard countless stories. Im originally from Georgia so I appreciate the 4 seasons as well but I must admit Florida is a nice break from the cold. Although I am starting to miss the mountains and all sorts of crazy trees you dont see down here. But I guess this is where my life has taken me so Im just gonna ride it out and see where I end up next. I dont want to stay in any one place for to long, ive decided im a nomad and have no permanent home haha. Id like to see as much of the world as I can with the time I am given.
I think thats really great and I hope you get to travel as much as you'd like to in your life I will have to go to florida soon it sounds great and relaxing haha Thats such a free spirit way to live. I want to travel for a while too I'm lucky I've seen two countries already, I feel like the world is too big to just stay in one little place and theres so much to see too. Its like living in a giant house but never going out to see all the rooms lol I really want to live in Canada for a while and see what its like.
I feel it is the only way to live, not necessarily to travel from place to place but to do whatever and go where ever your heart desires. You can't hold back if you really want to get the most out of life, you never know what surprises it has in store for you. Yeah Canada is another place I would like to explore. Ive heard the people there are very friendly. If you ever do make it down here and Im still around we should meet up and chill, go smoke on the beach or something. Theres plenty to do around here, its never a dull moment haha
PeatBog, estoy seguro de que tú mojas Jajaja. And now, the lesson: "mojar" (getting wet) is a slang form in Spain for "having sexual relations". Keep talking about boobs, man... haha.
