Looking for home in NC

I figured I would put this out here and see if anyone knows of anyplace’s for rent that is similar to what we are looking for

My husband and I have been dreaming of moving to NC for years now, we currently live in Pa... We are looking to start a family and want a long term residence. We are very quiet, self sufficient, responsible couple. We have experience in all aspects of construction, building and maintenance, as well as septic system design, installation and maintenance, farming, rainwater harvesting, gray water use, heating with wood, rustic building, raising farm animals, organic gardening…. we enjoy camping, gatherings, drum circles, art, vegetarian potlucks, music events, etc.
We are very open minded and laid back (but very responsible hard workers!!)
We would like a place that is private, has land, woodstove/fireplace with 2-3 bed rooms…. We have a dog that's 2 years old he's medium sized and super friendly; we also have rabbits that live outside in an area we built for them.
We’ve been all over the place trying to find our home, it’s been exhausting
