If feeling very dizzy is your idea of fun then why not. Probably make your mates laugh if nothing else.
It is an anti-cholinergic aka delerient drug used for motion sickness. If you enjoy wild delusional states of mind, completely devoid of euphoria or great insight, then you might find it recreational. Most people find anti-cholinergics anti-fun. Other drugs like it include: Atropine, Benadryl, Tricyclic Antidepressants (although their antimuscarinic effects are not the primary intention), and Datura.
It has a similar pharmacological profile to Benadryl (diphenhydramine). It is a Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptor Antagonist. Look that phrase up on Wikipedia and find out all of the effects.
It's one of the chemicals found in Jimson Weed. From what I've read, and from first-hand accounts of people who have actually used it, no, it's not something you'd want to use recreationally. To quote a guy I know who used it: "For a month afterward, the only word I could read was Pepsi." There are plenty of drugs around to have fun with, so there's no sense poisoning yourself.
