I'm half way through it right now...for those of you who don't know it's an australian novel about a girl who grows up in the 60's in an aboriginal family. It's really really good. Has anyone else read it? Or heard of it...lol

yeah thats a beautiful book my place, by Sally Morgan. Its an amazing story about the true Australian people, who were here before they were killed, had their children stolen, were relocated and lost their original land, and werent even regarded as citizens of Australia, even though they had been here years before any of us (Australians.) Many aborigines i know are so amazing, and have such connections with the earth.
