My son is five years old. Last week my sister asked me to leave at my home her 6-year-old daughter for night because she had night duty. I put my son and the girl to bed in my son's room. When I came in the room in half an hour they were naked, and the girl were rubbing her fingers over my son's penis. I was shoked. Should I tell my sister about all this? I read that there is nothing abnormal in such things.

 

That is not normal behavior for that age, I would wonder if she was being abused. There is normal exploration, and then there is behavior like this that often indicates abuse. Normal exploration would include looking at each other, but crossing to genital stimulation is what makes me question if she's being or has been abused-or if she's seen pornography or adults having sex in front of her. I would not keep quiet about this, you should tell your sister and possibly the authorities. I'm sorry.

 

I think this is a an innocent game of kissing cousins.No harm is being done and we have to admit that children have a sexuality - however much this may jar on the minds of anxious parents.As long as things do not get out of control,I would suggest that making a big deal out of it may cause more damage than to let it go unnoticed.Monitor the situation casually and try to realize that it's all part of harrmless childhood play - unless you sense anything a bit over the top going down.Keep an eye open -but stay cool about it.

I think what the poster meant was sexual abuse. The average child of that age is not sexually aware which sometimes means that they learned the behavior from adults. That doesn't necessarily mean that someone physically abused the child. Abuse also means exposing children to viewing sexual acts in person or on film, etc. Children know more of what is going on between adults than people often give them credit for.

 

I work with kids this age. If any of them rubbed eachothers' bits in a clearly sexual way I would be telling authorities. That's how unusual it would be. It would be a concern, and you're better safe than sorry with these things.

 

I also concur with VG- Your posts are creepy. You clearly have a thing about very young children looking up your skirt etc (that's if you're even female). Talk to someone professional about this problem and stop posting this crap.
