Considering to buy a vaporizer. What do you guys think about vaporizers in general? Does it work well, compared to smoking out of a bowl?

I read somewhere that more active ingredients in weed survive when using a vaporizer because it never getting burnt using an open flame...

I love a good vape. It's much smoother, I feel like its a little bit stronger too.

Smoking weed is more immediate but I feel like vaporizing is just the same only it takes longer to activate.

Ever had a ThC pill? I have and when using a vape right, feels like those thc pills plus some weed, but very very good, lot of strong high, with also a little bit of brown bud you can smoke left over, but I usually toss it, I only smoke greens! But worth the investment ultra smooth, but get a good one no cheapies, if under $50 just say no. Under $100 maybe, Volcano can't say no, anything that puts it in a balloon is gold in my book.

the buzz is definitely different. takes a bit longer to notice. kicks in more gradually. and is a bit more clear headed and less couch-lock

I find the bud lasts longer with vaporizing. My friend has one of those volcanos, and he can pack a gram into it, and 4 or 5 people can each get several hits before it's done. It is also easier on your lungs. If you have the cash for a good vaporized I would definitely recommend it.

I smoke out of a vaporizer once, and usually when i smoke and i'm tired i could keep myself awake, but i couldn't after the vap. Fell right asleep.
I prefer smoking from anything else because i like watching the smoke swirl around the room.

I can agree there is a difference especially in the first 15 minutes effect this has been something me and some buddys have been debated along time I would really love to understand why this is. I have seen a few charts of temperatures at which different thc molecules are made active, however the indica traits mainly cbd and if only some of the cbd get released at common vape temps, that would be my guess, I'm very curious now however I can only find opinion based answers with a quick web search il look into it further when i have time,http://vaporfection.com/products/vivape/ thought id show this is my current vape balloon fill time is slower then volcano however with the whip function I find a
m very happy with my purchase
