I'm a female who has been masturbating daily more than once for over 2 years. is this harmful?

I would say so if it interferes with your normal life like going to school or work, otherwise just enjoy it!

masturbating isn't physiologically harmful, orgasming has been proven to be beneficial to your health (google it if you want, i'm too lazy for links)

the only down side is people who get addicted to it, but there are people who masturbate like 6 times a day and don't have jerkin-it addictions, so you're more than likely in the clear

best way to tell if it's harmful: if your vagina starts bleeding at least once a month.

If you think that masturbation is getting in the way of other things, then yes, cut back or stop. Otherwise do whatever you want.

Personally, I think that masturbating more than once a day is a bit suspicious.

Not physically, but I think you need to consider why you are doing it. If you are really horny, then it's fine, but doing it out of boredom because you have nothing else to do, it would be a bit much.

If you were having sex like any other self respecting lady the risk of getting UTIs would counterbalance any overorgasming that would otherwise be going on.

I masturbate quite frequently (not more than once EVERY day though) and have a happy sex life also. I like my masturbation sessions. I call them "me time". Sometimes spend a whole day pampering myself with pleasure. I think you only have a problem if it interferes with your normal life and if it you choose to pleasure yourself over intimacy with your parnter.
