haha well when trying to cop narcotics you gotta be on lookout for the undercover... muscular guys, shades, mustache lol these ppl dont usually deal drugs even if they try to look like they do

 

Used to in the old days, but the Columnbians just sell it to the Mexicans now, and let them worry about smuggling it. The Atlantic is still used a bit, but mostly it's land.
