Dear mister GLENGLEN, you forget than I am a RUSSIAN lawyer. It means I live in Russia. And Russian courts are quite another thing as Anglo-Saxon courts. Less speak , more write. And questions are very simple, and our Russian courts don't pay attention to questions and answers just because in most cases they take decisions befor hearing. If you want we can discuss it in other thread, if theres is place for lawyers at this site.
