:willy_nilly: hey there everyone thought i would introduce myself and start a thread of my own. i'm Hayzle and i'm fairly new to the forums. i'm typically more of an observer than a participator but i thought it would be fun to share and document the going ons of my hair while i grow dreadlocks. i started about three months ago. i have curly hair, i went with the sectioning of my curls and twisted and ripped. i've had a lot of change the last few months, lovin my hair more than ever. got my hands on a camera today. not the beest picture ever but i'm not so experienced with taking pictures of the back of my head
poopcam pictures, but pictures none the less. just counted them and there're about 30 (not including the tiniest little guys), the fattest ones are on the top/crown of my head. a lot of the shrinking seems to have stopped for the most part. i wouldnt mind more shrinkage around my neck and ears, because i feel like i've got scene layers right now with all the shrunken dreads on top. i'd say more than half of the tips have blunted themselves.. for the most part that is, as many still have little tails, heh. and these are two of my favorites right now
trying to take pictures monthly, so i gave my phones camera a shot. very orange but it works. somewhere around five months felt like there wasn't much change happening, but looking at these pictures i can definitely see it now
they went into hyperspeed around two months. i think that it might be because of the sectioning. didnt dread near as fast the first time around.
