What's your overall view on this government

    I know it sounds like a daft question, but much do you really rate this government?

    On one hand we have lies about the Iraq war, schemes for ID cards, erosion of liberties, the Blunkett malarky, benefit clampdowns etc. Then on the other side we have the abolition of fox hunting, the minimum wage, the arrest of the BNP etc.

    I sure as hell don't trust any of the other mainstream parties ... but how do you really view the overall job that New Labour have done since they've been here?

    At present I can only say I'm jubilant that Blunkett's gone but despairing that Clarke (my local idiot) has his job!!!:eek:

    Must plan him a good old fashioned Norfolk knees up!!:H

    Will contribute more 2m.

    I think leaving the Iraq campaign disaster aside, other than that, I think this current government has done okay. I wont mention the ID card scheme until later seen as it hasn't been introduced yet. I think if Labour win the next election it'd be good if someone in Labour other than Blair came through, with similar policies to Blair with the exception of the military policies (of course!) and the ID card scheme.

    started ok, but slipped after the start of the second term and are now falling very very fast.
