heroin withdrawal assistance please

Hey guys, so i stopped using about a week ago. Well i used on sunday night but i felt it all day monday too, less intensely of course. I have been using for about 2 years off and on. It ranged from 2 to 3 times a week to once every 2 weeks. I never went for more than 2 weeks without it im pretty sure. Im done with the drug and ive been through withdrawal before but its never lasted this long. Im on day 7 and i was starting to feel much better until i went to my friends house. I used to use with him in his theatre room. It was like the heroin hangout. I got home at like 7 and about an hour later i got a HUGE migraine followed by puking. I recognize this because it happens evertime i quit, 2 to 3 days after i stop i get massive headaches and what feels like a fever. Ive never gotten one 7 days into it though. My question is really simply how long can heroin withdrawal last? Everyone tells me 4 to 5 days and im for sure past that mark. I used about .70 of a G 2 weeks before last sunday and than last sunday i used like .4ish.

Honestly man the PAWS(Post Acute Withdrawl Symptoms) can last months sometimes. But the physical stuff should be subsiding soon. Going back to that room easily could of triggered a response from your reward centers and that could be what triggered that. You should be fine here in a couple days max. When I quit the most I was ever doing it took about 2 weeks but then again I was going from 30-40 Vicodin a day and sometimes upwards of 50 or like 160-200mgs of oxy so it was a pretty sizable daily habbit but you should be good here in 3-4 days max. Your WDs sound remarkably light for heroin but then again you weren't a daily user.
