Still seeking for Co-operative Effort

thoroughly read thru the vision of what we would like to create and see if you would like to be a contributing factor to the success. keep in mind that i am not the leader, just the focalizer, and once the community is going then the community as a whole will all have an equal say thru the consensus effort. i have just drawn up the beginning goals that i believe we should follow and try to maintain in order to be a fully co-operative, functional, and productive project. space is limited because it is only a 15 acre peice of land, so the selection process is thorough so that only the right people come in the beginning.
please see the message i intend to convey and if this community is not right for you then please do find one that is so that all of our goals and dreams can be met. together we can create something beautiful on this Earth.

Well rabbit a couple of compadres got me started asking where I was so let me just give you one bit of advice from one who's done community in the daze and who's been dreamin and Doing for a good bit now.
Do Not wait
Even if you do it alone - that is much better than no one doing it.
I fully agree about drawing the people who both share the vision and are willing to work. but be forewarned that most of those already are busy on their own agenda and some are just too preoccup[ied to realize that it's past time to Do.
Do not wait - if others will come they will your own Doing does not depend on them but on you

you are right and i am not waiting, right now just waiting for the close of escrow, i am more than capable and willing to do it right. to have more people just for the sake of having them won't work well for me or the project.
