Friend screwed up a San Pedero hookup.. Should I take the cost?

My friends refuses paying the credit he took for Mescaline tea extracted from San Pedro because he keeps abusing MDxx for over half a year

Anywho my question is what would you do?
Would you just take the blame and cost, making it up for the hookup guy yourself so you can get some more of that cacti?

I should probably mention its a fine hookup and can even make it stronger for me if I wish so

Just heard that friend starts working tomorrow and quit cigarettes too so maybe theres hope, after he works a month ill talk to him about it if he says no and im still into mescaline ill just pay the dealer myself which will also get me to be in contact with him and not through someone else which is anyhow best
