Yeah.. 's what I'm talkin' 'bout. Worry of lack of sleep may be worse than actual lack of sleep. Besides, sometimes you get more sleep than you think, even when you lay there all nite seemingly half-asleep, you go in and out. Just lying still with your eyes closed can be OK rest they say... I think one of the big signs of not enough sleep for me anyway, is when I wake, my eyes burn and my heart pounds and I don't feel groggy or anything, just kind of wired. My sleep is getting better as the weather breaks I can get out more and get some decent exercise. :sunny:
this happens to me. i can only function properly on like 12 hours, anything before that and i'm sleepy and absent for the most of the day.
I'm always like this. I can't even do the simplest shit right just after waking up. I need an hour at the most to be able to function normally.
This happens to me all the time. I relate it to being bipolar. Not saying that you are, just that it's why it happens to me.
totally hear ya...I need about 10 hours to feel awesome. Anybody else have an idea time to sleep too? If I go to bed about 12.30am and wake up 9 -10am I feel awesome! Sadly this doesn't fit in with my job hours.
