There are a couple incidents of it being mistaken for other drugs and usually taken non traditional ROA's and overdoses occurring shortly after but because it's so potent we're talking about absurdly high doses in these incidents so no not really.

Well these drugs effect individuals differently, so there is probably no comprehensive answer to your question. But I find LSD a more mentally exhausting ('brain frying') experience than shrooms and I've heard of more acid causalities than I have shroom casualties.
so are you actually saying lsd is unhealthy? because i dont actually believe that to be the case... ive never heard of an lsd casualty
I'm not saying LSD is unhealthy necessarily, in fact I believe it to be among the most beneficial psychoactive drugs there is when used respectfully. But it can be destructive for individuals who abuse it and perhaps a small percentage who are just not mentally equipped to handle such a powerfully mind altering experience... Same goes for shrooms. Burnout is probably a better term, I've just often heard it referred to as acid casualties...You should read or watch Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, it gives some commentary on it.
its has very low toxicity .. you'd go insane and die of shock before the chemical alone killed you ..
