'964 pinocchio' is a 'science fiction' movie classfied as, 'japanese cyberpunk collection.' after watching '964 pinocchio,' i just sat there screaming in my head... "WHAT IN THE FUCK DID I JUST WATCH?" i can well understand how this low budget, underground movie, became the most successful cult movie in japanese movie history. the only way i can think of to discribe '964 pinocchio' is, if you were to throw david cronenberg, david lynch and, philip k. dick together would you wind up with something like '964 pinocchio.' director shozin fukui has created one hell of great underground movie here! :2thumbsup: later on today i'm going to see fukui's other cyberpunk movie, 'rubber's lover.' i'll be getting back to you all about that movie later on.
