Hello all! Been a very long time since I've been on here, curious to see if there are some of the old faces I remember on here. BottleFED, Porkchop, etc.

Anyways, to the thread title, I've battled an addiction to opiates for almost 4 years now, starting with my wisdom teeth getting cut out and eating 4 or 5 tab 10s to get wild, all the way up to 2 or 3 roxi 30s to just maintain myself. Ive pretty much ran myself in the dirt with roxi 30s and at one point I was banging 4 at a time, 2 to 3 times daily. I underwent rehab, came back out, relapsed immediantely, and here I sit today. Recently, my connections have ran dry, I've ran dry of money, and oxy and opana prices are rediculious here in KY, so ive decided to try some suboxone therapy. I started out with 5 methadone 10s daily, after about 2 days, went to 4 meth 10s, and last week was at 3 methadone 10s. Then started with half a strip, down to a quarter,, and etc.

My questions(finally lol) is does anyone here bang suboxone strips? I always banged oxy, and just today I banged 2mg of a strip, for the first time. I sit it in spoon, let it disolve, heated it and drew it up in a rig through the cotton. I put it in my arm, hit, and released the tie, and this is where my problems began. Instantly I was sweating profusely, tingling/numbness covered 70% of my body, my mouth was numb( as if i had just tasted some good coke), and my stomach was in nots. I felt very fucked up, and was personally scared. I want to know if anyone has had any similar reactions to IV'ing strips like this. ( I dont normally IV strips, but I was and still am running very low and without cash for a few more days). Also, there is a small not at the IV site, but I believe this was from where i had used the point a few times before this for roxy. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I have actually not heard of anyone successfully injecting Suboxone Film. In theory, if you are able to filter the Hell out of it, it is possible, but I would imagine the yield to be quite low. Also, the bad reaction you had may be due to the co administration of the Naloxone in the strips.

I'm prescribed the sub strips & the only way I've taken them was under the tongue. Haven't heard of anyone ever banging the film strips.

If I were you, I would just take the strips under your tongue and be done with the opiates. Easier said than done, I know, but well worth it.

Injecting those strips is a quick way to mess up your veins. Though I understand the desire to use a syringe.

I have always heard of suboxone throwing people into instant withdrawal when they injected it though I believe that may be only with certain types of suboxone that are designed so you don't IV it. Which is why you may have felt that way after IV usage.

I'm prescribed the strips, but take them sublingually(sic), I have friends that iv them tho, they say they get no "rush", but can get well off 2mgs a day, personally idk, I'm trying to refrain from the rig at the moment

If you've used opiates in the past 12 hours before injecting the strip, the naloxone with send you into withdrawl
