Howdy y'all - got a wee bit wound up drank some moe coffe after coming in from my nightly route and so pardon me if i come off too stong and maybe silence would have been better. Been moderating this forum for 3 years - Skip picked me because I was actively doing it - still am. And I've seen enough go down on this forum - and a good bit o time before these forums even existed and even before the thought came to Skip - ie before computers... I don't like giving advice - usually it comes back to bite you in the ass ... BUT I've seen a lot of good people get themselves worked up into starting something - you know speaking from experience finally get off our asses and put our effort where before only our mouth was - only to see them dwindle down in their effort because of lack of support and infrastructure. You see somehow we get the idea that the others who say they want to see a change are going to actually be part of that change --... Well sorry to be the bearer of a bit of sad reality - but that is not the way it works out . Most people who are talking of change are only giving it lip service - it's one thing to spout hot air and quite another to put prolonged constant hard work behind it. And damn there's no guarantee that our hard work will have the security of success - as a matter of fact the history of the movement shows much the opposite. So why try ? I mean life's a bitch and then you die - why go to the effort of spitting against the wind. Actually the answer is easy people - but few want to hear it. You see only You can change your reality - yup really actually change your reality - reality ! But You have to Be the Change - not think about it not JUST talk of it but DO it. And that's where the rub is. But you every day give your life literally for the quality of life you have - and you get what you are paying for -you continue it - you make it so it can happen - you create that which you live - REALLY ! So if you are not happy with it - well god damn time to get off your lazy fat ass and do something about that. Any of us who are in the forefront of the doing had to do just that. And for those of you who are doing - especially for those just starting - don't give up .. Please don't give up - for though you may Walk the Way alone -you are Being and Doing that which you Know you really want - don't give in to the sirens of sloth, greed, and waste and stop trying. For every person who keeps going the distance the hope of many more are enkindled and May eventually lead to their doing - BUT we do it not for them but for ourselves And what do you have if you can not be true to your own Self - just another lie Stop living the lie All right let me get off this soap box - let too much work that badly needs doing wait while I hunted for the right keys to peck out this message Make a difference to and for yourSelf. We are all Connected as well and show by our lives our respect for all our relations... you really can't get respect if you don't give it/live it. Loving you all
I don't know, the people I have talked to on these forums ARE doing something off the forum. Even talking is doing something, as minds have to be changed as much as anything else
even so, old wolf you are right, too many people say they will do something and instead watch TV or go to wal-mart.... we love and respect you and we are doing our project with a little less effort on attracting people to it because of you. thank you my friend. you are welcome to visit one day if you make it this way. --rabbit

Heya yank - I got a headset but not the program... last i heard you had to spend quite a bit of time with the program so that it got to bridge between the idiosyncracies of voice, dialect, pitch, tonality, etc to the written word. I heard eventually it would get better but... - hell i could take the time to learn to type -most of the keyboard exercises seems so childish - where do I plug in so my mind gets the program without my doing the work ? Who knows maybe my mind needs the extra time to make a bit o sense of what i'm thinking so that others can get some idea of what I'm trying to say. Thanks for the offer - if it's the new generation of it and freeware be happy to send you my address in a PM - right now I'm a bit overextended trying to make this thing happen and don't feel rightt preaching being true to yourSelf and feel that it's ok to rip off some one else's intellectual property - yah I know - sheesh. I envy you people on the west coast. It's so much more conducive to productive organization than the east coast is (generally speaking). I expect to be out in Oregon by next mid-summer. I have no intension of stopping my efforts oldwolf. I have been dealing with many hardships and disapointments as I walk the path. I now find my self walking it alone once agian. But this place in the desert speaks to me and I keep on moving. We who break the daily convections of our preceived separateness from eachother and nature herself, realize as we walk the path of community start to realize through our works that we are not separated from one another or from nature. For some of us nature is our only partner in our quest for community. Soon we won't need disaster and ruin for people realize this. Soon people will choose communiy as a way of life. For only through choosing and acting in that way can it happen. those who choose the way of separation will find their preceived world falling apart around them. It's my hope that many more people realize that there are no limitations that can't be overcome. And to realize that any limitations that we meet are a result of false preceptions on our part. Also that there are no boundaries or separation, and any that we experience are a result of false beliefs. Lastly I hope that people start to realize that you and we create our own reality. I hear so many people give excuses and do nothing to create there reality that they wish for. Yet they have only themselves to blame when life doesn't go their way. Wake-Up People!! make it happen!!
