Suppose one has gotten greedy the last few days, with a 40mg dose once daily a week straight. Fifteen used to do it; how long need one abstain to reset tolerance such that 10-20 will be effective as if one were a new user? These are M367s if that's relevant. Additionally, some low dose naltrexone (1.5 and 3mg caps) is available, but the patient would like to avoid them unless this is a surefire fix.
