Hydrocodone stories/questions/concerns/ and general chat.

So I've been trying to think of some new threads to keep things fresh around here and had this idea today. How about indivigual threads devoted to particular opiates. I figured hydrocodone would be a good place to start as more people have tried this opiate than any other(probably) and because hydrocodone is a good base reference point for opiates and there use/abuse. Now this isn't a chronic pain only thing or street use only it's EVERYTHING RELATING TO, TALKING ABOUT, OR TO DO ABOUT HYDROCODONE. If you just wanna share a good story, tell us what your scripted, tell us how much you did today, ask us how much you should do, have questions about APAP, and any other thing you could think of about hydrocodone here. I figure we could start here see how this one goes and if this one seems to go well maybe add others like oxy, morphine, suboxone, etc.

So here is mine. I'll start with a story one time A REALLY LONG TIME AGO I went to find some hydrocodone. When I get there everything goes smooth until he goes to get out. When he does be drops the bottle spilling roughly 100-10/650 green watsons all over my passager side. He looks all over grabs all he can see and walks off I drove right around to another building in his apt complex and grabbed my flashlight and ripped EVERYTHING apart. In total I found like 18 for free plus what I had already so it worked out to be a really cool day. Alright who's next?

 

One time when I first started taking opiates I bought some 10s from a buddy like 10 and took 2 and got super fucked up nodding out and passed out for the rest of the night well the next day I couldn't find them so I assumed I lost them being wasted and a few days later I threw on my old jeans and we out with some buddy's and when I checked my pocket I found the other 8 needless to say I was relieved and happy

 

Haha that's awesome gotta love when shit like that happens.

 

A couple years ago I was using vicodin for some shoulder pain and on Christmas I decided to take a bit more than the recommended dose and enjoyed my opiated Christmas. I felt in a much more carefree, relaxed, itchy mood.

 

To hit my sweet zone I take about 3 10's crushed up and another 20mg about 2 hrs later. That keeps me going for several hours. A lot of times I just sit here and switch back and forth between the two games I play, this site and tv, and before I know it the day's gone.

 

I used to love being able to get fucked up off like 10-20 mg of hyrdo. Ahh rhe good ol days!

 

I insulflated 30 mg of hydrocodone in the school bathroom. I whent to class and couldnt really move. I Was passed out on my desk and ignored the teachers after the period was over. I whent to the next period feeling like a god, I would just sit and draw but was noticeably under the influence. I was actually ejected from the class because the other students wouldn't stop making smart remarks about me, I was considered a "Distraction" Just for being in the classroom. Kind of a contradiction ejecting the quiet student while everyone else is loud as fuck haha...

Anyways, at the end of the day I end up getting in an arguement with the woodshop teacher and nearly knocked him out...

42 hours ago I came out of hernia surgery and came home with 30 Lortab 7.5s. Every 3 hours since I've taken one (haven't slept much). Actually it wasn't long until I began taking 1.5 each time. Then I started chewing the half. This most recent time I chewed the entire 1.5. That was certainly stronger.

I'm pretty sensitive to most drugs this one certainly included. I've been on a roller coaster of sorts. Jitters right after taking. Followed by nice heavy relaxation and some euphoria. Then finally a kind of cranky depression. Then that next 3 hours rolls around. Call me an instant addict but there's no doubt in my mind I'll just continue until the bottles empty sometime late tomorrow.

I think there's something about the lack of sleep though that makes each comedown more emotional and stressful. Or something. I can't really articulate it righ now. The discomfort in my incision plus the prospect of taking another dose makes it hard to sleep more than two hours which I've done 4 times.

Some unsettling side effects. No stream of urine to speak of. Just really weak. Constipation. Tried to beat off and couldn't get hard.

Well I don't want to ramble too much. It's nice to have a place to share the experience.

Oh and I'm supposed to check in with my doctor Monday and was planning to ask for more and maybe even ask for something without APAP because of the liver danger. But now I don't even know if I want to keep riding this thing 2 or 3 days past Monday. I can be off work as long as I need to but the pain is not that bad right now and it just feels degenerate to keep stretching it out. I'm sure I'll decide by tomorrow.

 

if you're railing opiates in your school bathroom at age 16, you might want to re-evaluate your drug use.

 

I used to do blow in my high school bathrooms. The come down was ALWAYS terrible but I would do it anyway...

 

My pain doc has me on Fent patches and Oxy.My wife gets Hydro 10/325's and I see her pull out that big old bottle and I always wanna ask her for a bunch but I know my tolerance is way too high these days to get nice without blowing my liver or having to do a CWE on a bunch of them.I like what I get,,but I definately miss the feeling only hydro gives me(gave me).

 

I havent eaten any hydrocodone since probably October/November 2011. Hydros were the first opiate i used back when i was 15 or so. I used to like them a lot, but they dont quite get there at all for me anymore.

I had a prescription after having oral surgery back in January of 2011, and that was when i was sadly VERY enveloped in heroin, i remember eating two 5mg pills the day i got the bottle and the next day eating the other thirteen 5mg pills and doing some h. Fun, but i am very glad not to be hooked on that shit anymore.

 

Oh lord, here we go. This guy just went clean and now he is on his moralistic high-horse trying to lecture all the young kids on the dangers of drug use. Please.

This is the opiate forum. People are going to relate their -SURPRISE!- opiate experiences. I'm all for harm reduction but this kid was snorting some hydro in high school, not exactly slamming H in front of his 2 kids he has over for the weekend or something. I think the majority of us have had their own share of 'fun' in high school and college so please spare us the discourse on the hazards of drug usage.

I really do not understand why people who have given up drugs (which is great, btw) feel the need to hang around on a drug sub-forum just so they can get on their soap-box and preach to everyone just how dangerous drugs can be.
