i need to get me a gym membership...i'm not big or anything i'm just weak and with some flab...i hate it.
Then just do 20, but do it any chance you get... Hell you could probably do as little as five, but do it often... Also good are the ones where you keep your hands together under you, works your back nicely...
If I do 20 my arms would hurt too much to do them anymore that day. I am a weakling. I can only bench like 20-30 lbs. My gym teacher used to tell me I should be able to bench atleast 50 lbs. I don't like his math.
Then do 5, but do it repeatedly through the day everyday, and then after a while up it to 10, and so on...
Why? It's fun! I like to just do it randomly, like I'll be doing something, and just drop and do a bunch of pushups... After a while, you'll start to enjoy it...
