    Haha I'm on the uh... Eat whatever the hell I want but be active enough to expend all the calories plus some diet! :D What's the deal with low carb? Carbs are good for you! :D

    yah know I thought about that with myself and realized it's from coming on here to much and sitting for literally hours a day- the forums is making me fat ): damn you forums...ah well I'm over it so tell me who's in your nudie club?

    i need to get me a gym membership...i'm not big or anything i'm just weak and with some flab...i hate it.

    yeah im in the normal ranges, but i feel better when im a bit smaller and toned would be nice.

    Do push ups then! Push ups are the bestest exercise ever! :D

    I can only do about 20 before my poor little arms give out. :(

    Then just do 20, but do it any chance you get... :D Hell you could probably do as little as five, but do it often... :D Also good are the ones where you keep your hands together under you, works your back nicely... :D

    If I do 20 my arms would hurt too much to do them anymore that day.
    I am a weakling.
    I can only bench like 20-30 lbs. :( My gym teacher used to tell me I should be able to bench atleast 50 lbs. :confused: I don't like his math.

    Then do 5, but do it repeatedly through the day everyday, and then after a while up it to 10, and so on... :D

    That is way too much work. I could never make myself exercise more than once a day.

    Why? It's fun!
    I like to just do it randomly, like I'll be doing something, and just drop and do a bunch of pushups... :D After a while, you'll start to enjoy it... :D
