Hello everyone! I just joined this site on my iPhone at college hahah. But I was too curious to wait. My name is Jonah, and I have done two "drugs" marijuana, and salvia divinorium. When I did salvia It was 20x that I ordered off a site and instead of taking one hit, I smoke a whole bowl of it. My how it tasted so horrid. But my friend is sellin me some LSD, ten bucks a hit, so I'm really interested in exploring my mind. But a thought haunts me, yes the Bad trip. I think that as soon as I drop it I'll be thinking about bad things that could happen. Also because I have depression, not as bad as it used to be, but I'm sort of an emotionally numb state. I do not take MAOI'S, as I know these can interfere with some drugs affects and can harm the user. So basically what I'm asking is, what setting should I do it? How many people should be there? I'll probably be doing it in a small room. Should I meditate? I was thinking about puttin on grateful dead and the zombies and lighting up some incense. Should I have food? Any information is helpful! Thanks,
Do it in a setting you are comfortable in but probably a setting that you can do everything from lay down in to not necessarily have to be confined to. Unless you are planning to do it with others a sitter is pretty much the only other person I'd recommend having around you. Meditation is up to you. I would not eat prior to the trip but on the peak again it's up to you, some people like fruits or snacks, some have appetite suppressed. If you go into the trip with a positive open mindset you will most likely have a good trip, just be eager to see what things you can learn about yourself, perceptions and ideas of reality and be open to them and you'll be good. There is a 1st time questions thread... http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/showthread.php?t=347891&f=117
Look through Erowid's LSD vaults. Lots of good info there. Just remember Set and Setting, happy place and happy mindset makes for a happy trip!
eat it wherever u are comfortable. a place that u feel nothing can go wrong. grab a couple hits from your friend and put on some grateful dead. jerry will help u out. lol
I agree, being able to sit/lay down and just chill is important. It isn't enough to just have a place to sit, it has to be a place where it is socially acceptable to sit, because if you are, for example, in a mall and you sit at the tables without food for an hour, you might start thinking that it looks strange for you to be sitting there for that long and such. Same thing in a park with a picnic table. Basically for me it has come to the point where I need someone's house to chill at, because we are usually laughing like psychotics the whole time.
