$300 isn't enough for 5 people, but we were all coming up on acid so we didnt eat too much. We can spend that on 3 people easy. Next time you get some get the Hawaiian poke #5 hot, I can eat at least 2 dishes to myself its so good.

 

I would love to hear a summary of a first trip from someone who's been blind since birth.
What a different experience from what people with sight must have.

you don't think it's interesting enough that he "only" developed the blindness? and maybe this wasn't his FIRST trip either

 

It's interesting enough for me that he is blind at all and will take psychedelics. He will even take them stumbling in the woods with us. Definitely not his first trip either..

 

No, it's not that he "only" developed blindness...

It is that he knows what it is to see. His life perception is partially to mostly shaped by the fact that he has seen people, nature, etc.
Referring to the other thread about perceiving the nature of "reality" through our normal 5 senses... I think it would be fascinating to hear about, or better yet, trip with someone that has never "seen" the world as us sighted people have. It would be such a unique and different perception, even though it could only be a vicarious experience to trip with someone like that, still, yes, it could be fascinating.

Wasn't at all trying to subtract from the experiences related above, Mr. Detective of Perspective.

 

I've been there the last 2 years, its awesome to see the live painting, other then that it's kinda over rated.

 

First post and I want to say I've never heard of bicycle day until I stumbled upon the Hip Forums bored at work so I thank you for that. Its a bit of a long trip report but I'm sure you guys and gals don't mind a read.

It started out as three friends going to an electronic concert, A big name DJ was playing stateside and we bought three VIP tickets. Our plan was to consume two grams golden caps in pill form when we arrived. What transpired is that one buddy contacted a "friend" that hooked us up with CID.

Up to this point I've done "acid" about eleven times, what actually happened during the trip was the realization that I've never actually done acid but research chems passed off as sweet Lucy.

We buy our strip and head to the EDM concert. One buddy and I consume two grams boomers, about two grams ginger for the nausea and just myself place one white on white thick blotter under my tongue. We park the car and proceed to walk up to the ticket tables. Waiting in line for about 30ish minutes my legs start to get an uneasy wobble. By the time we reach the tellers waves of mushroom euphoria are felt throughout my body. I'm a bit nervous and let my sober friend do most of the talking, we get our tickets and wrist bands and proceed to head into the event.

My sober buddy meets a contact who gives him "rolls." He disappears in one of the many portapotties lined up at the back of the event. Looking around there were so many people fucked up. By the time my boy comes out of the toilets we proceed to head into the crowd. At around an hour i start to feel a bit uneasiness, something not familiar with my mushroom trips, I think it was the come up on lucy but i couldn't pin point the feeling. These "golden cap" mushrooms did almost nothing but give me great euphoria. This was also confirmed by my buddy who ate two gs with me also.

About an hour and fifteen minutes maybe, it started to get dark outside and that when shit really got crazy. The light show in combination with the electronic music were making my senses overload in colorful hallucinations. Words cannot describe what I saw... a dazzling light show I've never seen before. I was wearing sunglasses to i guess protect from self incrimination but I was watching the DJ and dancing but it was hard for me to grasp weather there was actual people "bumping into me" or I was just hallucinating them.

This became more apparent when my buddy who was "rolling" wanted to get some water, I followed. That walk was THE most crazy walk of my life. Still wearing the sunglasses I was walking behind my buddy. All around us I was seeing "colorful people dancing or sitting" I was getting a bit nervous because I thought i was walking funny, I almost felt as if I was drunk. I took off the sunglasses and nobody was around me. It blew my fucking mind!! We end up getting to the VIP tables where they had ran out of water bottles so we had to wait in another line. One of the most scariest moments of my life was dealing with a non trippy person. The mere words were utter confusion, somehow we managed getting four bottles of water. I was out ten bucks but we managed. My buddy then finds a spot in the grass and sits down, I proceed to sit with him. He tells me he's fucking faded. He bit down on two and a half "rolls." He tells me they weren't Sasha's famed molly but 2ce. We talk for a while and my other buddy joins us sitting in the grass.

We watch the end of the show and had a fantastic night! Went to several house parties and then finally crashed about 16 hours after the dose. Come to find out next day was that one blot contained about 300mcg... holy SHIT! :daisy:
