I don't know what's planned. But I know it is going to be a very crazy upcoming season. Lot's of unplanned moves. So much is coming together at once. There will constantly be drastic events taking place. We need to stay aware. And for sure take far greater steps than what was previously attempted. Actually try something effective. Instead of just going for symbolic actions. We need to make actual progress with non-symbolic actions.

i think the continuing of trying to takeover parks is making the Occupy movement go backwards... i visited an occupy in Miami and i talked to 8 people separately. The first 6 people couldn't voice to me their purpose there and the other two could but were leaving because no one was doing anything. i imagine this is or was happening at many... a lot of people took advantage of the free food, etc.

Whatever the following phase is, its got to be respectable, professional, but excessively understood AND acted on.

unfortunately we live in a society that judges appearance, etc. This is no time for a "top-less party" in a park to enforce social and economic equality... we must present ourselves as educated, serious, well-informed and organized.

occupy needs to become more unified. with that, It needs a simple, single across the board message that appeals to the people who are attending, as well as people who are watching. The people attending need to be informed on the issues that occupy is fighting for, so Foxnews doesn't make them look like idiots (like they like to do often).

most importantly, the act of peaceful protest (which they have for the most part) must be preserved and strictly enforced

Global Safe which launched on Earth Day 2012 is a technical solution to take the financial and political power away from the few who are destroying our lives and our planet. Millions of us want change, and if we just channel that passion and desire in to something that unites us all to take on the powerful few, then we have a real chance of change.

Actual general strikes/marches (like may day, NATO,G8)

I'm not saying occupy didn't do that but it seemed to push towards the image of being homeless and the media loves that. (Donations, Camps, Uncivilized) Camera men love catching a glimpse of a person sleeping on the sidewalk because it pushes the picture that all the protesters are good for nothing bums.

The masses are all passive observers, they need a wake up call. Come election day i am sure the streets will be filled.

Since I posted that about psyops, I've read a piece on the psychological damage 9/11 did to our nation.

We need to take it a little more serious and commit to it. Drop out, show the 1% that we dont need them, their bullshit jobs, or their corrupt education system.

after most people are done protesting, they return to their "regular" activities, return to looking for a job, return to paying rent and slaving over money.

And I agree with sticking to the peaceful protesting, if we cant do that, then we are of no example to be followed.

Having witnessed the actions of Americans over the past couple decades, I find it a bit ridiculous that 1% are being blamed -- but I support the spirit of the protests.

9 out of 10 Americans, in the guise of some slave morality or otherwise, would fuck me over to serve these people..~

Sitting along an American highway for hours on end, hoping for a ride to the next town, tends to make one a bit cynical.

    i agree 100%...
the unfortunate thing is that there have been so many situations in the duration of occupy with people that have not been peaceful or informed... its hard to "make sure" of that sadly.

i think that this notion of taking down the one percent, or "eating the rich" is awfully unproductive... its not about that... i wouldn't ever want to punish someone for being successful at what they do, cause face it... if you had an opportunity to make a lot of money, you would too... The problem is the people who are taking advantage of their position and wealth. The less wealthy need to unionize with the wealthy... not turn them away cause they are looked down on by the occupy movement. its not just about money... its what you do with it.
