I'm wiggin out from this dream... just wanted to share it with someone who wants to hear it my grandparents have a house on a big property and there is a lake in the backyard. its off in the distance, but you can see it from their back porch. I was in my grandma's bathroom, looking out at the lake when a tidal wave started to come. Before I knew it, it was flowing over the house. next thing I knew I was floating in the water that was flooded up to our back porch (there is a basement in the house, and the house porrch hangs over the basement entrance) we were floating, trying not to drown. and I was carrying a baby with me. I was SO concerned about the baby drowning that I didn't care about anything else. and the baby kept going underwater, but it was ok. I was scared about it tho. tidal waves kept coming one after another and at one point, I was thrown underwater and I remember freaking out in my dream because in real life, I can't go underwater... I have a fear .and in my dream I was worried about having to be underwater and how I wouldn' t be able to breathe. the water eventually went down, but I woke up soon after and now I am freaking and can't stop thinking about it. anyone have any input? I've dream dictionaried all the topics of my dream so I have a pretty good idea but I'd like someone elses input. thanks alot!
I stayed home dureing the last 3 hurricanes.I know what a 9 foot wave does to a 2 story house since I live across the highway from the bay.A lot of people see that tidal wave coming,even if it's just metaphorically,but feel a sense of powerlessness at it's awesome overwhelming force.If you think it's a glimpse of the future,then you know what to do.lol
I used to have very vivid tidal wave dreams for years. It was always the exact same terrifying dream. Supposedly it had something to do with a past life I had.
Sounds like some type of test is coming. It is going to come back to back at some point. The bible even says that when the enemy comes in like a flood He shall lift up a standard against him. Through this testing period you may feel like its taking you under but you'll make it through. The baby is represention of the issue at hand. Even when it seems like you are going under and out, it will be alright. God will see you through. You will rise above the situation. God will never leave you nor forsake you. Pray Pray Pray.

I think your dream is about awakening of the sexuality. It may have been overwhelming for you at the time and have continued to affect you later in life. The symbols are not obvious in this case IMO. Water as a symbol of rebirth when the adult is born from the child "holds water" so to speak, but I usually see a baby as a "project" of some kind that has yet to find its fruitition, but in this case it seems like you feared loosing yourself to these drastic changes and therefore held on to parts of your "infantile consciousness" in the process. Was your grandparents house important to your childhood, maybe a safe place? Could it be (sorry for butting in and making assumptions) that their bathroom was where your first ejaculation took place? - just a thought, hope I am not going too close here.
