Recently swim aquired some 2c-p from an online vendor and decided to try it out with a friend, swim measured out 8mg and put into capsules. Swim made 3 capsules each with 8mg because the friend wanted to trip again the next night. Swim saved his for the next night. Swims friend took the one and went back to his house. When swim was out with his family for dinner the friend texted him saying he wasn't feeling anything and he was going to take the other one. Swim got home and saw the text message and quickly replied saying just wait and don't take the other capsule, but it was too late. The friend had already taken the other capsule and said he was having intense visuals and was very scared. Swim told him to try and take some benzo's to calm him down. The friend said he didn't have any and was just gunna sit through the trip. Swim thought nothing else of it and went to bed (BIG MISTAKE) the next morning swim texted his friend to see how it went he never got a response. At around noon swim tried again and no response. Swim was getting worried and went to his house at around 4pm. No one was home and the lights were still on. Swim heard that his friends sister found him at 3am with a puddle of vommit around him. She called the ambulance to come pick him up and the friend ended up having a seziure on the way to the hospital. Swims friend got his stomache pumped and was put on life support for the rest of the day. Today swims friend is still at the hospital and in the recovery room he currently cannot speak and has to point to communicate. Swim also heard that the whole situation was going under police investigation and was wondering what could happen to swim?
They can still charge you, or at least make your life difficult, but only if your friend fucks you over. very important for swim to give his customers the vital stats on all substances that are shared. duration, onset time, redose options, etc. perhaps a relocation of swim's stash would be prudent, along with any cell phone messages.

He is out of the hospital today and Swim is talking to him right now trying to figure out what is going to happen. He is back to his normal self and said that he just needs to get his blood tested and he will be good to go.
Swim needs a lawyer if he is going to be messing with peoples lives. Period. Swim should also know that the police probably have Swim's Friends phone. Swim should only admit to being guilty when direct evidence is shown or logic links proof. Swim should Hide his/hers stash Swim should take better care of his/her friends Swim should visit his friend to show that he fucking cares
Anybody who says SWIM is too young for the psych scene. If your using SWIM as an alias then it explains how you got fucked over with some cut chems. Who knows, wipe your email conversation, delete files, do a system restore.... Delete your texts, and for the love of god just say he was tripping and that you didn't have anything to do with the actual purchase of the drugs. Then again you could hand them a sample so they can figure out what the fuck he ingested.
My buddy got stabbed in the leg like 4" deep and had to get stitched up at the hospital on 25mg 2cb.. He was giggling the whole time. On topic, you can't erase txt msgs, the phone company has them. Wipe your stash or have someone hold it for you. Hire a lawyer if any LE talk to you, DON'T SAY ANYTHING without one.
