Does your jaw ever hurt right in the joint?

    Mine sure does.. I am wondering if it's due to low iron levels?? I take Iron kind of irregularly and sometimes it seems to help. I need to get better about taking vitamins..

    Maybe you unknowingly grind or clench your jaw in your sleep.

    Trigger points in the masseter muscle refer pain over the TMJ as well.

    What led you to iron levels?

    I have heard of anemic people having jaw pain. Recently I have noticed that I do clench a bit. I'm trying to stop that.
