Hey, I'm new around these parts

A bit about me I guess. I'm 21, a History student. I love the 60s as a period generally, it fascinates me. Brilliant music as well, I wish they played that kind of music in places nowadays (and let us have some better drugs than alcohol and tobacco).

I won't go into anything else really, I'll just get posting. This is the biggest forum I've been on I think - there's loads of boards! Is it alright to bump threads that are, like, really old? As in years? Some of the boards have old threads on the first page but you might get a conversation going again. That cool?

Oh, also, you can only have the avatars there right? There's not something I'm missing where you can put your own picture up?
