Am I?

Am I the only one who has there life centered around weed? Weeds there passion and everyone knows them for it? I feel like I'm the only one..

 

there's more to life than weed

 

Some people's lives are centered all around some pretty crazy stuff. The local family cheese store? I bet the owners have a passion for cheese! If you love weed then keep that in mind as you go about your life, the phrase "addiction" is so skewed that if that gets tacked on to you there's a good chance it means nothing. If you use weed to cope with all of your problems, then ya. You've got an issue! If you just like smelling weed, looking at weed, and talking about weed, then your prolly just another cannabis fan! Don't let the masses dishearten you, but do keep the real drive behind your interests in mind!

 

No, my life does not center around weed. I don't like it being the main focus for days or being mainly known for it and getting perceived as a charicature. Some people dig that though, even after their teens.

 

Just everything is amazing about it like you said the smell, taste, the crystals growing something so amazing from a seed thats worth so much to you when you smoke it its just amazing.

I would not say my whole life centers around marijuana, but it certainly is a rather important part of my life. It helps me with mental issues I have, it feels great to get high and I do find the whole growing process and quality and all that intresting.

 

Well... its better than having your life revolve around crack or meth or something lol

I still wouldn't say its a good thing though, sure weed is amazing, but you shouldn't base your life around it or any other substance, you should have fun doing other things then just use weed to make it even more fun! But if you need weed just to have fun or relax or anything in the first place, then it becomes an issue...

 

I don't think there is anything wrong with your life revolving around pot as long as you can get some kind of productivity out of your passion, as opposed to just sitting around getting high all day.

 

Just get high in the evenings instead. And sometimes in the day. In the weekend you can still wake 'n bake :sifone:

 

lol well I wasn't even saying don't get high all day...I was just saying do something in addition to getting high all day! Wake n bake then perfect your own strain of pot! Or move to a medicinal marijuana state and grow weed to supply for people who really need it and also for people who only pretend to have a horrible anxiety issue in order to get it

 

I'm so glad I can just walk in a coffeeshop for some weed when I read these troubles you have to go through to get it from a store in the U.S. It makes it pretty easy to let it center your life here as well I guess. I'd probably try to pretend something too if I lived over there

 

where do you live?

I don't even live in a medicinal marijuana state. I don't have to pretend anything with my drug dealer because he doesn't care if I have cancer or if I just want to get high.. but then again...I have to go through a drug dealer lol. It would be so so nice to walk into a coffee shop and order what i want. It would even be nice to live in a state where my anxiety could get me a prescription

Netherlands... I thought it was the only country where you can buy your weed in a coffeeshop I have zero experience with dealers, except on foreign festivals, but I always get screwed so I often take the risk to take pot with me.

I have more than one passion, and in fact share passions. My life has many aspects and marijuana happens to be involved.

 

If you live in certain parts of the USA, it's almost the same as the coffee shop. The only diffrence is you have to have a medical card. But the shops have all the variety of hash and weed you get in Amsterdam.

But the medical card is a joke. All you do is go to a doctor and pay them some money, and they will say you need a medical card.
You also pay the state a yearly fee for the card. So the state does not care because it's a tax source for them.

 

you probably won't feel the same way when you get to high school
