Anyone been or ever lived on The Farm in Tennesee? I have heard so many good things about it, and am probably going to travel down there in the Spring for a week or two........Peace, Stacey
i have been to the farm, and when i was there they weren't open to new members. they pretty much have their own town there. they have a little store where they sell gifts(tie-dyes,etc...)plus they have their group "the mushroom people" they grow edible mushrooms for profit. plus various other things. they didn't even have lodging to offer when i went. they told me of a free campground down the road, but this was quite a few years ago and maybe they are open to people now. i know they like to have visitors and like most communities of this scale will probably charge you a good chunk of change to learn anything from them, so all i can say is to call them first. they are in summertown, TN so if it is something you want to do, then go visit. we are in the process of starting something you may want to come visit, but we are in california. go to our website www.co-operativeeffort.com see what you think, we have only had the site up for about a week now, but please just do whatever your heart tells you and feel free to feel free, oh i used to live in indiana, that is where i grew up for the most part. -rabbit
While i'm not a supporter of Zendik, I would support the farm. I have read up on The Farm and seems like it would be worth the trip to find out.
