He's got a bit of the truth, a tiny bit. But he's also annoying and presumptuous, and full of shit. I watched a bit more than half.
Good old Yuri Bezmenov the conspiracy theorists star (a lot like a porn star but who talks more than grunts), cited by a number of right wing fantasists as proof positive that there is a communist new world order conspiracy to take over the world.
Is it possible that given his background he has earned some credibility? I mean I understand that it's easy to lose credibility when certain people use things to support dubious claims but still... I don't know.

McFuddy Thing is that he gave that interview to the nutters at the John Bitch Society (the ones that thought President Eisenhower was a secret communist). And besides them and the other right wing conspiracy theorist there seems to be little rational support for his ideas. I mean he’s basically just talking about propaganda which has been going on for thousands of years. Anyway in my view the rabid anti-communism of the cold war era (that things like this contributed to) had a lot to do with the problems the US is suffering today.

The demoralization that this country is experiencing is the result of simple and rational observation - especially with regard to the Occupy Movement and "Occupy" sympathizers. The veil is slipping down, and a growing number of people are becoming very conscious of their government's corruption. The right in this country loves to use the words Communism and Socialism to evoke knee jerk responses in people who are vulnerable to the program of fear propaganda that his country has been subjected to since the 1950's. The right is no less guilty of promoting and legislating socialism in the United States. The only difference is that conservatives would, and do, socialize private industry through subsidies and bailouts under the guise of "business friendly" all, ironically enough, under the flag of "capitalism" (a diabolically genius slight of hand), while simultaneously criticizing (demonizing is more like it) the bleeding heart liberal for supporting social justice programs. The demoralization that is being expressed in the Occupy Movement is essentially expressing reasonable dislike for a government that no longer (if it ever really did) governs ALL of it's people with benevolence, not just the wealthiest and most powerful. The fact is, in a truly democratic society - wealth should never equal power, ah but we do not, and never have, lived in a truly democratic society. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a poor student of history.

Not that I don't support helping those in NEED, but we shouldn't be taking money from the middle class and giving it to people who choose not to work or contribute to society, (like me.) The leftist are always saying "Tax the rich more!" thinking all rich people are to blame for what only a select few did. You leftist really need to pull back a little bit and look around. Because some conservative ideals are being overshadowed by you. The second amendment for example, and smaller government. Leftist want BIGGER government. If you people we're really against the people causing this you would stop buying/banking as much, but it isn't every industry and OWS should be more aware of that. Cause a lot of people are against communism, for a good reason. It's a whole new big government, and the people are tired of all the intrusion. Domestic and foreign, (our intrusion in the middle east.)
