Does anyone else have this problem? It seems like the kind of drug that would give you the best sleep of your life, but for me I wake up every 10 minutes and it's miserable. It's not withdrawals; at this point I don't take it often enough to get those. If I take oxy that day I have to take 2mg of Xanax or 4mg of Ativan to sleep.
Two of my friends liked oxy and xanax. They both went to sleep one night and never woke up again.I don't recommend it.
I've had that happen with Oxy before, and also Hydrocodone. For me, they give the warm glowy opiate buzz, but they also kind of energize me. It's only when it begins to wear off that I feel a sedative effect.
Yup.the more oxy I take before going to sleep the worse I'm going to sleep. If it's not waking up every 30 minutes its the really weird ass dreams or the sweats or something. Its either get woke up by the pain because I dont take enough oxy or get woke up by the oxy and its weirdness lol.
It is difficult to sleep under the acute influence of an opioid. I have always noticed this on every opioid I have ever encountered. The worst for keeping you tossing and turning is probably Tramadol or Propoxyphene. Then in the middle are things like Oxycodone and Buprenorphine. And Morphine and Hydrocodone are the easiest to sleep while under the acute influence of. What I have learned is to simply not attempt to sleep until my "session" is fading away. Simple enough!
yep same for me. fent really speeds me but they all do. give me a line of coke and 20min. i,m going to bed. what kind of sense does that make?
Oh man! Tramadol is the fucking worst! Never take that shit after the sun goes down! Especially since it lasts so damn long.
