I'm part of a group called N.A.T.E. (Native American Tribal Education)

We are having two pow wows this summer and are in need of drummers.

The first pow wow is June 9th in Sutherlin and the second is August 25th in Winston.

Since the subject has come up, NO, this is not a "paid gig." This would be for the benefit of our local native culture and the education of the public.

We are in our first year, so you may not have even heard of us YET. We hope to change that. We already have a group of vendors ready to go.

If you know of a drummer or drum group or just happen to be one, please email me @ TieDyeBySara@yahoo.com. I'd be more than happy to get you signed on for these pow wows.

    :gossip: Spread the word.

Yay! We have drummers. Poor folks are coming from California and Washington.

As such we are trying to raise money for their gas to get here and motel rooms.
