SWIM looking for H in PA... preferably Central Penn. any help?

    A friend recently moved to PA and hasn't had any luck finding H... he came here from Cali and was doing Opana 40mgs daily before he left. He can't seem to find anything strong out here... weird since he always heres Philly is one of the biggest dope spots... any help he definitely appreciates.

    Your friend probably shouldn't be asking you to help him source H off of the internet, especially on Hip Forums

    Why you think this sort of thread is allowed here is almost as mind bloggling as how you expect to stay out of prison with this sort of strategy.
