At what point does bread become toast? Is it up to personal opinion or is there a certain temperature that bread is considered toast?

    :book:

Physical change ------ Change in anything of an object but its chemical makeup.

Chemical change ----- Changing the molecular structure, not just bonds
so toasting something is chemical, you are burning the yeast and what not in the bread. You normally need a pure element to do a physical change.

haha good answers you guys! I think that toast only applies to sliced bread however. When you warm a dinner roll (kaiser, steak, ect.) up and it gets 'toasty' isn't it just a toasted roll? or does the dinner roll become toast too? The English language has weird rules and names for things.
