What is your favourite brand of dark chocolate. I quite like the Lindt one and the Coles generic brand. The Daryl Lee I find too sweet and the Cadbury's contains skimmed milk powder , which they label as non fat milk solids and it gives me haemorrhoids. As for Nestlé I would try to avoid.

I just bought some Oxfam fair trade dark Belgium chocolate from an Oxfam shop located in one those labyrinth arcades in Melbourne's CBD. Not bad a reasonably priced.

I had an email the other day claiming that Lindt and Ferroche chocolates are using slave produced cocoa and not interested in going fair trade. Even Nestle it was claimed is wanting to move to fair trade.

Someone has told me about this one,

It's been two years, did you get lost with that chocolate bar?

I like organic chocolate best. I prefer the real vanilla taste to the artificial vanilla. A Canadian brand I like is Camino, they have the dark chocolate which I prefer, both in 55% cocoa and 71% cocoa. But they have a new milk chocolate bar out called Milk and Sea Salt. Sadly I love salt and this bar is to die for. Milky Chocolate with a touch of salt. Delicious combo!

90%, that is cocoaey! I can taste the artificial vanilla in Lindt, I wish they used real vanilla. Gold and Black has an 85% I believe. I'll have to try find it.

I am not a fan of dark chocolate at all. My favorite brand is Lindt though, the little red balls.

It's like Scotch. You develop a taste for it once you hit 40.
