This past weekend (and Monday) was Memorial Day weekend here in the USA. Many people had the day off yesterday, and I myself also took off Friday, so a 4-day weekend. Thursday night I actually had to get dressed up to go to a graduation ceremony. Had to wear these awful foot coffins for a few hours. It's been well over a year since I last wore them (not since before I started BF'ing) and believe me when I say they felt awkward as hell walking in them: But then from about 10 pm Thursday to 7:30 am this morning (Tuesday), I had nothing on my feet except for maybe a couple of hours total in flip flips on Friday and Saturday. From Saturday lunch to Tuesday morning I had nothing on my feet whatsoever. It was a great weekend!
Glad to hear it! Yeah, I know what you mean sometimes I have to wear safety boots and I trip about like a toddler. After wearing nothing on your feet for so long and then shoes, the sudden disconnection is really odd. Madesh
Only wore shoes when I was skateboarding. I usually skate barefoot about a third of the time, but the concrete was scorching. It was about 110 degrees above the concrete.
I need to get our thermal camera out at work and see what the temperature of the asphalt is when it's 90°+ F outside.
