I have lost my main source of H due to unknown reasons, so I have had to go to the streets to score. I haven't met a straight up dealer yet, but I have found people who will go score for me in exchange for a few bucks. It's hard to find people to trust in the ghetto, mostly because they might run off with the money I give them and never come back, but I have met a couple of people who I can trust with this task. One is a dude who is down to make a few bucks. The other is a chick who will hook it up in exchange for a fix. I have had people run off with my cash before. I hate that, but that's they way it goes down here in the ghetto.
That's the way it goes in a lot of places. I've been ripped off too, by people who ran off with my money, people who took my money and then claimed they were ripped off, people who sold me the wrong stuff or jacked the price up, etc., etc. Finally I found a couple people I could trust.
Yeah, you kind of have to expect to lose money in that situation. It is analogous to using a slot machine at a casino. Everyone knows that you will not win every time and not to get pissed over it, because eventually, you could hit it big.
Yeah, that's the nature of the game. And of course there's no one to complain to and no one to blame but yourself, lol. And the scammers take chances too. About 2 weeks ago there was one shot and killed not more than a mile from here. Now he did what I consider to be a very stupid thing, and that's buying drugs on credit. I know of at least 4-5 killings here in the last 4 years over situations like that, and this isn't even a big town. You just don't buy drugs on credit. If you end up having to go through wd's or whatever, so be it. But you don't buy drugs on credit.
