I got done with my first year of college the middle of May and came home from the summer. While I been home I've have nothing to but sit on my ass. Looking for a job but no one around wants to higher anyone just for a sumer. Most of my friend have moved or found full time jobs but, still get to hang with one or twice week. I've decided to take Cal II at the commity college since I had nothing better to do but that still doesnt start july, so still trying to find something do with all this free time beside tv, computer, and extra studying.
suggestions: Go hike a portion of the Appalachian Trail. You can do a lot of hiking in a month, rainy season starts in late June, so now is better. Go east and work in a beach town and enjoy the beach on your hours off. Don't let a week go by without checking out something interesting/educational/cool/fun that is a day's drive or less from your house. Start a new hobby, learn a craft, musical instrument. Again, you have enough time to start something new.
yeah dude, definatly try learning to play a instrument...Ive been playing guitar 4 years now in november..I still cant play a genre simply because for the last year i cant pick between acoustic and electric but its really worth it besides that bro... Good luck....Congratualtions on the whole college thing
lots of places hire people just for the summer. the problem is that they hire them in the spring, not now. even better: pick up woman.
Take a pen and a notebook into the woods with you and write down what you see. Then go home and write down what you have learned from what you saw. Then go into the world and live out the lesson you learned. Find three people and tell each of them to take a pen and notebook into the woods... And so on...
If you want i could give you an axe and you could split 6 cords of firewood. Seriously, you are more than welcome to come and do this.
