Sometimes when i take it it will make me dizzy..but other times it doesn't. I know this is 100% normal as it's a common side effect. But will dizziness go away..or the side effects..if the body is use to the drug IE taking it on a regiment or everyday?

I don't like Hydro's they make me dizzy and nauseated. I'm fine with H and Oxy, don't have that problem. I could never understand why.

It depends of course. The side effect game really is a case-by-case tpye deal and no one will really be able to tell you anything that will be of value to you because not everyone suffers through the same ones.

For me, the stronger my dose (and emptiness of my stomach) can be directly related to how dizzy I will feel. This will never go away with tolerance or anything like that if this is what you are asking. At least not for me.

I guess different people react to medications in different ways. When I first started taking Hydrocodone I had some nausea, but it gradually went away. I suppose if you continue to take it every day your system could become accustomed to it and the dizziness will go away. Or it may not. I guess you'll just have to wait and see.

Ha, I've had that happen to me before, but I was on a bunch of Tramadol and Xanex. I was tripping/half asleep and I thought that there was a TV on in my room showing old trains in black and white. Crazy.

If it happens on an empty stomach, that could be a clue. Nausea and dizziness can be connected if the system that controls your sense of equilibrium is disturbed. I think it's called the vestibular system. Maybe the Vicoden is causing trouble there.
