It is called "Voltaren" in the USA and is a prescription NSAID, related to Motrin (Ibuprofin), Aleve (Naproxen Sodium), and Celebrex.

I find Voltaren to be one of the more effective NSAIDS for my headaches, but of course there is ZERO recreational potential. But it isn't half-bad of a pain killer compared to some things.

I didn't know that voltarin was available orally. In Canada we get the topical version without prescription. I use it to manage pain in my joints, it lessens it a bit.

Yeah, you can get it orally, in a tube, AND in a patch down here. I have tried stamping a patch on my forehead when I had a migraine but it didn't do anything. The oral is the best for pain-relief as far as I am concerned.

I've tried it on my hands and it worked, but they felt weird and tingly after. works well on my knees though.
