If so, how would someone who’s blind from birth tell us if they think they did “see” what we’re “seeing?”
I had a similar thought the otherday about psychedelics. How would a blind person experience a psychedelic trip?
From what I just read from various online sources the answer is NO, they do dream but it's in the form of sensations they experience in theier waking life. hotwater
Even though they are blind they have the unused part of their brain dedicated to vision. How blind are blind people anyway? How could they not have astral projections, how could they be blind in their 3rd eye, what is LSD like for them, could their visual part of their brain fire up during meditation, does their mind not understand universal patterns, can they receive vibrations of the colors of the universe?
Interesting blurp. I'm trying to remember at what age my friend had lost her sight. I know she dreams visually. Might have been around 5-6ish. Her brother thought it was a good idea to hammer a nail into an aerosol can.
I'm not sure. It wasn't really funny to me though. Perhaps if it was hilariously formulated I'd have found it funny too (and most likely not feel guilty).
