Fairy Kei fashion

Ever heard of Fairy Kei fashion? It's like japanese deccora meets pastel colors and cute 80s cartoons for toddlers and girls, pretty much. Some outfits are REALLY beautiful. Check google images sometime if you can!!! Its adorable:mickey:

I saw a woman like this on "What Not To Wear". She wasn't a youngster. She had a son like 10 years old.

I think it would okay on high school kids.
