Waxing damages the roots, so eventually some of the hair stops growing back. The hairs that do are thinner because they aren't a cut-off blunt shaft, but a new hair with a thin tip.

I have found creams to suck, they leave stubble. I prefer to just shave.

have tried cream, hurt like hell, dont shave cuz that tends to hurt to and wont waste money on wax over and over again so I use an electric plucker.. money saver and I dont have to do it every week or every month
new hairs are always thinner than old hairs that have been shaved ;)

    What do you mean?

Like, some people say if the hair under your armpits (or anywhere else) grows really fast *coughcough* , you should try waxing them and you'll be good to go! But everybody is different.

If you shave like I do, just splash cold water on wherever you shaved so it closes up the pores.

I am on a few boards focusing on long hair, but the are always miscellaneous beauty threads.

I read over and over that removing the root, tweezing, threading, waxing, using an epilator, will eventually lead to less growth, as daisymae said, and for the same reason.
Some have said the coarseness of the individual hairs became finer, and they were not comparing to shaving.

I've used Nair and Veet. They both burn and aren't worth it. I get my eyebrows waxed professionally every once in a while. I recommend that. My eyebrows grow in a lot thinner then they did when I was younger.

Is it true that shaving makes it come in thicker, that's what I want to know.

waxing is the worst method ...nothing can damage your skin more than this..for eyebrow I would suggest threading its kinda painful especially when you are not used but it's completely natural and doesn't damage your skin.

yes regular waxing makes hair go away slowly like over years but not grow thin,But waxing sure is better than any hair removing cremes or razor.

By the way, Waxing is the best option, it removes all the dirtyness from your skin and and make your skin more glow and hygienic..
