Was just wondering what the concentration rate of 1 10mg opana would be to say a regular 10mg percocet in terms of strength I have the oppurtunity to get quite a.few but this is the first time I've ever fucked with oxymorphone just need to know how much stronger it is so I can dose me and my girl appropriately
Orally, the conversion ratio between Oxycodone (Percocet etc.) and Oxymorphone (Opana etc.) is 5:1, that is 50 mg of Oxycodone is 10 mg Oxymorphone by mouth. Of course, I am talking about Immediate release preparation, which Percocet and Opana IR clearly both are.
And what would you say the rate would.be for the er version because 5:1 is gnarly as helm of a concentration
Well, 40 mg Opana ER is the same as 40 mg Opana IR if it is crushed of course, but if you were to just take the Opana ER orally and thus be subjected to the time-release mechanism, I would say that 40 mg Opana ER gives a long-lasting version on the 10 mg IR tablet since it is a 12-hour formulation and the IR gives around 4 hours of relief. But you'd have to check the PI sheet for exact details.

i know that the 10mg ir's are my cousins second favorite other than the old yellow 40s, they pack a punch for sure, if u were to insuffulate them, there is so much less binder and filler in them as compared to the old ER versions.....ENJOY, i may make a play to see if i can get my PM doc to switch me over to them before they fuck them up like the ER's.................
So, pork, I was wondering about your situation the other day, but I have been so damned busy that I haven't had a chance to poke around in the forums much. Anyways, I know your PM routine is (or was) 2 x 20 mg Opana ER plus whatever for breakthrough. But I know you prefer to insufflate, and the oral BA is like four times lower than intranasal. So my question is: Now that they don't have the easy-crush Opana ER's anymore, what do you do? I mean, if you had to start taking it orally, it probably wouldn't do jack shit, right? Please help me understand your current situation.
